Should you observe any signs of illness (fever, skin infection or rashes etc.) in your child, we request that you keep him/her at home until the exact nature of the illness is diagnosed. We will require a medical report from the child’s physician before the child will be accepted back into the school, following the appearance of any suspicious symptoms. We request that you provide us with a copy of your child’s most recent general check-up report (eyes, ears, nose, throat tests, allergies, any peculiar ailments etc.) at least once a year, as well as a medical report indicating your child’s blood group, genotype (one time only, if this has not been submitted already). Also provide us with the details of your child’s hospital and the contact details of his/her physician
